    Reviewing Sessions

    Approve, edit, and bulk-review tracked work items before adding them to client invoices.

    Before sessions can be invoiced, they need to be reviewed and approved. This gives you a chance to verify hours, adjust rates, and ensure accuracy.

    The Review Workflow

    Work items flow through three stages:

    1. Pending — Newly synced, awaiting your review
    2. Reviewed — Approved and ready for invoicing
    3. Invoiced — Added to an invoice

    Reviewing Individual Items

    Click any row in the Timesheets table to open the detail sheet where you can:

    • View the session time range and duration
    • Toggle Billable on/off
    • Change the Client or Project
    • Edit the Category (e.g., "Development", "Meetings")
    • Adjust the Hourly Rate or set a custom Total
    • View linked source sessions

    Approving Sessions

    To approve a single item, click the checkmark button in the row or click Approve in the detail sheet.

    Bulk Approval

    For efficiency, you can select multiple items using the checkboxes and click Approve X to approve them all at once.

    Missing Client Warning

    If work items are missing a client assignment, you'll see a yellow banner at the top of the page. Click Add Client to assign clients to the affected projects.
